Having stayed here several times, I regret to note a significant decline in the establishment's quality. The wellness area is far from satisfactory: the hammam was out of order during my stay, only half-towels were available due to a lack of full-size towels, and there was mold in the changing rooms. The lockers don't close properly, and the water is cold, which is very disappointing for a space supposedly dedicated to relaxation. Furthermore, there is an extra charge for a bathrobe and slippers. As for the room, no service was provided during my stay. Overall, this gives the impression of a low-end hotel, clearly experiencing a decline in quality.

Standard IHG hotel. Location was brilliant being so close to the eurotunnel entrance. The swimming pool area is in desperate need of a refurbishment. It was pretty grim - mould on the changing room ceiling/ steam room not working / lights in the pool area broken and the sauna layout was pretty dangerous. If it wasn’t so close to the eurotunnel I’m not sure we’d stay again.
