Great rooms, great service and is right off of the beach after a short walk. Was also able to watch a rocket take off from Cape Canaveral

I had booked and paid for a 2 bedroom for 11 days, but at check in they refused to give me one. I did get a room but it was a 1 bedroom. I had checked in at 11 and was told my room was being cleaned and housekeeping knew we were on property waiting. After watching many people check in and get their rooms, we were finally told our room was ready at 3:30. When we got to our room we found a dirty kitchen and bathroom. I don't know what they had been doing for all that time but it was not cleaning the room. The building is so old and not kept up so the noise level was high. Slamming of doors, yelling, pounding, and even just talking went on all day and night. The next morning I insisted on the room I had booked. After a few hours we did get the two bedroom. When I opened the door I was Hit with the odder of mold. After moving to a completely different building we found the new room dirty, old, and worn. The new building was worse than the first. We complained about all the slamming of the door. The next day a man came to our door and told us someone complained the day before about us slamming our door. The upstairs guests sounded like they were coming through the celling every day. I called and was told they could not do anything until after 10 so if it was still going on after 10 to call back. It was still going on so I called and was told she would send someone to investigate. Nothing was done and the next day a manager called my cell and left a very rude message about our complaint. We have been forced to stay in our room and not be able to use the balcony due to people smoking pot on other balconies and the wind blowing it in to our room. nothing has been done about that ether. We also had ants all over the kitchen counters. we have called about it with no response. We had bought the time share last year in Dec. 2024 and this is our first stay With Holiday Inn Resorts. I sure hope the other locations are better. This was the worst vacation We have ever had!!!!
