Our New Year’s Eve stay at the Holiday Inn Corby was extremely disappointing. The bar staff were very rude and unwelcoming,we were sitting in the bar at five minutes to midnight on new years eve and was told go and sit in the lobby of the hotel. which completely ruined what should have been an enjoyable evening. Instead of celebrating the New Year, we felt uncomfortable and unwelcome. Poor attitude from staff particularly the bar manageres made this a night to forget, and we would not choose to stay here again for a special occasion.Or indeed any occasion.
