Stayed in December 2025. Excellent welcome. The lady was very friendly and provided clear explanations. The room was clean and the bedding comfortable. The breakfast was very good. The housekeeping staff were also very pleasant. The hotel is in a great location. I highly recommend it.

We came for a weekend (2 nights) for the Christmas market. The location was close to the sights, and Simon at reception was fantastic; he listened to our numerous complaints and worked to find solutions quickly. No hot water in the middle of December was difficult, and the shower head was very poor quality. Our room had a connecting door to the next room, with no soundproofing whatsoever, and we didn't know the people there. Our room opened onto an alley, and we were woken up at 4:30 am by a delivery truck dropping pallets onto the ground with an indescribable, thunderous noise for at least 30 minutes. Then, around 6:00 am, it was time for the garbage collection! The rooms were quite small and spartan (with a basic toilet available upon request). The breakfast area was rather dirty: stains on the banquettes and splashes on the walls, and the windows need cleaning. Considering the price of the room, there are definitely some things that need improvement.
