Came here after a skiing trip. Rooms were nice. Breakfast was free and it was tasty. There's a lot of restaurants nearby. There was not a swimming pool. But there was a fitness room. Overall, I will definitely come back!

We needed a place to stay the night before going to Hunter Mountain. We booked late on a holiday weekend, so a lot of places were fully booked. The staff was friendly and helpful. We asked for a roll out beef for one of our kids and they had it before we arrived. They have us a pack of sheets for the extra bed that had something gross on them, so I brought them down and they replaced them immediately. Other than that, the beds were nice with decent pillows. I also appreciated the black out shades. Breakfast was decent. My kids loved the pancake maker and the cinnamon rolls and muffins. Unfortunately for me, the only egg options were cheese omelets or hard boiled eggs. I had a hard boiled egg, but unsurprisingly for a pre-peeled egg, it was robbery. There was oatmeal, cereal, and Greek yogurt, as well as the usual bacon/sausage/potato options. My wife said the coffee was decent, too. All in all, it was what we were looking for and what I expect from a Holiday Inn. Very clean and things seemed new plus $70 cheaper per night than the Holiday Inn 10-minutes away in Saugerties.

Our family recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Kingston, and we had a wonderful experience from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, the customer service truly stood out, every staff member we encountered was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and eager to help. They went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable and stress-free, which made such a difference when traveling as a family. The breakfast experience was another highlight of our stay. The staff in the breakfast area were absolutely incredible, so kind, attentive, and helpful, always making sure everything was well stocked and that guests felt taken care of. It created such a positive and relaxed start to each day. The hotel itself has a warm, inviting vibe that makes you feel right at home. The location is also fantastic, making it very convenient for getting around and perfect for our ski trip plans. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better stay and were genuinely impressed by the level of service and hospitality. We will absolutely be staying here again on our next ski trip and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.
