Just wanted to share some feedback about my stay. The hair dryer in my room didn’t work, and when I tried calling the front desk, the phone wasn’t working either. I asked for a replacement but never got one. The Wi-Fi didn’t work during my stay, and both the water fountain and the gym’s water dispenser were out of order—so there was no way to refill my bottles. I was told I’d need to buy water or wait until the breakfast bar opened the next morning. As a Platinum member, I also didn’t get my usual room preferences. I normally stay at Holiday Inns because they’re consistent and reliable, but this stay was definitely below expectations.

There was electrical problems at the hotel. Elevators out. The treadmill threw my husband off due to a surge. He had to have surgery. The hotel did not even comp the room nights.
