booked this hotel months in advance and they split up our rooms to be only one room on a different floor, to which was a bit annoying but as said the staff couldn’t do anything as they were out of rooms which was okay, but just a bit annoying as they told us they were all on the same floor. followed by then we mentioned how the aircon unit was making a funny squealing noise to which was met with “they all make that noise, there’s earplugs next to the bed, you’ll just have to use them” but only 1 out of 4 of the rooms is making a disturbing noise so it’s not what she claimed at all. all of this in the first half an hour of being in the hotel, very disappointing customer service. oh and there was no earplugs next to the bed. also a slab of wet tissue someone had thrown at the shower wall was still there hanging.

Great location,easy to get to train station and busses,not far from city center. Super friendly staff,everyone were helpfull and nice. rooms are good.

There were some very good things and some very bad things; this hotel is a mixed bag. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The included breakfast was sufficient (plus, on our last day we left at 3 a.m. and they offered to bring us a bag with breakfast items). The bad things were the shower and the heating. The shower only produced a trickle of water, which wasn't enough for a normal shower. The staff said it might be because there were a lot of people showering at that time, but it was the same every day, even the night we left at 3 a.m. I don't think there were many people showering then. There was no heating, just an air conditioner that blew cold air even when set to 30°C. I complained and they gave us an electric radiator. Like I said, it was either very good or very bad.
