The most horrific customers service I’ve ever dealt with in my entire life. You have to give a 50 dollar deposit which is completely understandable. I never received my deposit. Keep in mind I never used my deposit to buy anything. When we checked out I was charged 4 times 16.22. I called a total of 8 times to get this resolved. Couldn’t even tell you how many different people I spoke too. Was promised it was handled each time. The last person I spoke to told me to call customer service and hung up on me. On top of everything else nothing was monitored especially the pool. You had young moms in the Jacuzzi drinking alcohol and vaping while their kids are running throughout the pool area very freely. Our room was near the ice machine and it kept beeping because of low ice. We bought it to their attention and did nothing about it. Ultimately, we checked out that night we did not even stay. Extreme poor management, I would not recommend this place when you are traveling.
