They cut corners in every way possible. I can't imagine all the issues we didn't find but here's a list of the ones we did experience: 1. At 2am an incessant alarm started beeping from the AC system. It woke everyone up. It was reported to the front desk and they said, rest assured its for the filter in the AC. You can just ignore it and we'll fix it when you leave... so dirty air and noise all night. 2. Phone is broken, so couldn't call front desk, had to walk there at 2am. 3. The pull out mattress was disgustingly dirty. Extremely worn and uncomfortable, and they didn't have the extra sheets and blankets for it. 4. There was a smell in the room that smelled like gas, carbon monoxide. 5. Breakfast was subpar at best. 6. Referidgerator was leaking. There were a few other things... point being, don't stay here. It's not worth it. Holiday Inn needs to figure something new out. This place isn't cutting it.
