During our stay at the Holiday Inn, an extremely inappropriate incident occurred at reception, which significantly detracted from our overall impression of the hotel. The employee in charge was unfriendly, unhelpful, and unprofessional. Instead of addressing our issue objectively, he spoke to us in a demeaning and disrespectful manner in front of other guests, making us public. The dismissive tone of the conversation was particularly problematic, giving the impression that our legitimate concerns were being deliberately ignored. This behavior contradicts the basic standards of service, courtesy, and diligence that can be expected of a receptionist at an international hotel. Based on this experience, we cannot recommend this hotel or visit it again.

The location is somewhat remote, but there are restaurants nearby. There is a free parking lot across the street from the hotel. The rooms are average.

The experience was bad. There were no slippers in the rooms. They hadn't cleaned the room; when we arrived in the evening, we only found the sheets straightened. Breakfast was mediocre. The service was poor.
