Breakfast was great, the coffee was very good from a fully automatic machine, the room was adequate, and the staff were very friendly.

This hotel is completely unsuitable for families. There are no family rooms available. We requested two adjoining rooms with two single beds several months in advance, as our children are 13 and 11 years old. Upon arrival, Mr. Amar told us we had two rooms, one on the second floor and one on the first floor, with double beds instead of single beds. Our request was therefore ignored. Our son had to sleep on a sofa bed, and the pillow and sheet were yellow. We were supposed to receive a welcome drink, but we didn't get anything. We are very disappointed with this hotel and do not recommend it, even though we are experienced travelers. Furthermore, they don't understand French at all, making communication difficult. We also want to mention that we were not the only ones experiencing this problem.

A very nice little hotel offering excellent value for money. The staff are very friendly and efficient. In short, I highly recommend it when you're visiting Europa-Park.
