Overall, it was really okay. The staff was very friendly, the parking situation was excellent, the city center was easily accessible on foot, and the breakfast was decent. What bothered me/us was, firstly, the situation with the elevators (only one of the two was working, which caused some chaos), secondly, the toilets on the ground floor (they were very dirty and smelled bad), and thirdly, the ventilation in our bathroom didn't work. We mentioned this at reception, and the staff said that the ventilation wasn't working in some rooms. This was very unpleasant, and there were three of us in the room, which meant a lot of discomfort. To make matters worse, the toilets on the ground floor were also dirty, which didn't exactly improve the situation. So, I don't blame the staff, but rather the hotel itself, because they should take care of these things. But I suppose that's just how it is these days when you pay this price; you can't expect much more.

I would especially like to commend the truly friendly and helpful staff. GIROM and SAYED deserve special praise. Despite busy periods, they always took care of all our requests in a friendly manner. The room is quite small when the sofa bed is unfolded, but the price was perfectly reasonable. Apart from a couple of stains on the carpet, the room was very clean. The hotel's location is excellent.

The room was far too noisy. I would never book a room with a mountain view again. All you could hear was the traffic from the main road. Furthermore, the carpet was very old and looked dirty. Breakfast, reception, parking, and location were good.
