We had a generally pleasant experience at Holiday Inn. The easy access to the mall was quite convenient and the rooms were spacious. Almost all of their staff are accommodating and courteous, except for the one staff at the concierge. I think he may be the oldest staff among all of them. There were 3 elevators, which we didn't have any issues with except during check out, so make sure to allot enough time if you are in a hurry. All our requests were provided. The room was comfortable. However, the pillows were not firm at all. We had to use the pillows on the sofa. The breakfast buffet was great. I'm glad it's included in the package. Also has access to an Anytime Fitness if you want to go to the gym.

It was an adequate stay but they seem to be understaffed. The staff are friendly and ready to help though. As with other Holiday Inn Hotels, the beds and pillows are very soft and comfortable. On the other hand, the sink's pipe was leaking and whenever you use the shower, even with the shower curtain, the bathroom floor will flood because of the bathtub's installation. Fortunately, they provided a lot of bathroom rags as requested.
