While staff were amazing, the breakfast was plentiful and location is great, the facilities was a real let down. The shower tray was clogged as was the sink and even though we reported the issue it was not dealt with. Room cleaning was done 2 out of 3 days we were staying, had to go to reception to request new towels as no facilities to dry towels. Wish I could give more stars but the maintenance and cleaning let down the score. 🤷🏻‍♀️
