I would like to mention that December 31st started unexpectedly badly for my family. But just then, such a nice, friendly and very customer-oriented employee was working at the hotel reception. He simply saved our evening. On behalf of my whole family and myself, I would like to thank the hotel and especially the receptionist for their top-notch professionalism. He didn't do anything special, he was just ready to help us. An hour before this, I had had an unpleasant conversation with the Eckerö Line employees, and I was really depressed when I decided to come to the hotel. I didn't think that the hotel would have a free room for my family and my dog. But everything worked out! Once again, a big thank you to the hotel and the employee who welcomed us on December 31st at 4 pm! Good luck to you, and don't reveal to your competitors the secret of how the Holiday Inn chain raises such wonderful professionals.
