We had an amazing stay at the Holiday Inn Lancaster! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make my husband's 40th birthday truly unforgettable. We hired a private room for our celebration, and as a lovely surprise, they gave us the room for the rest of our stay, allowing us to have a relaxed family gathering and private breakfast time. The cherry on top was the beautiful celebration cake from the staff. The housekeeping team was also fantastic, consistently keeping our room spotless throughout our stay. We can't recommend this hotel enough, especially for special occasions. Five stars aren't enough. Thankyou to all the staff! 13/12/25

OMG, gotta say, the Holiday Inn Lancaster absolutely killed it for my 40th birthday 🎉! The service was 💯, everyone from check-in to housekeeping went above and beyond 🙌. They made our stay feel like a VIP experience 🤩. Massive shoutout to the whole team, thanks for making my birthday one to remember 😊! Would totally recommend, and will def be back 👍.
