⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ For starters, we are a family of two with two dogs who stayed at this location from 22 Nov – 3 Jan. We know this counts as an extended stay, and our unique living situation has had us in four different hotels over the past seven months. After our stay here, we can confidently say: we are officially Holiday Inn people for life! From start to finish, the staff made our stay exceptional. Housekeeping was thoughtful, timely, and so kind to our two dogs. The front desk made check-in and check-out effortless with their patience and friendliness. The breakfast staff greeted us every morning with warmth and care, making our days start perfectly. A special thank you to Trudy, who never made me feel like a bother as I talked her ear off — her kindness meant so much during a time when I was feeling lonely in a new city. Even during the busiest time of the year — Thanksgiving through New Year’s — we felt genuinely valued and like our stay mattered. Every staff member went above and beyond, making us feel like a priority and ensuring our experience was smooth, welcoming, and stress-free. We felt so supported during our stay! Traveling with pets can be challenging, but this team made it completely easy and enjoyable. Thank you to everyone for making our visit so memorable — we can’t wait to return! — Ketrina & Tanner 🐾
