I'm staying various hotels as IHG Diamond member. Staff is definitely very polite. But Wi-Fi is super slow. Download speed is only 0.5 ~ 0.6Mbps (Attached screenshots) at night, at Room#809, at all the devices (Win, iPhone, iPad and Android). I made claim to the reception at first morning, but this situation has not been improved during my 4 nights. Please be careful if you want to use smartphones or computers at hotel. I hope this Wi-Fi environment is specific to my room.
