Stayed here due to are flat flooding and the staff where amazing so friendly and always ready to help in anyway they could made my little girl very welcome and happy on my staff can’t thank them enough we stayed in other hotels around Salford in the time we had the flood and this one was level above the rest having a very pleasant time in a bad situation can’t ask for more than that food is lovely and parking is free 5stars I would give 6 if I could

Room was lovely and clean- you get what you pay for. Bar/restaurant was excellent, Katie was a very attentive, top service. Donna at check in was very friendly and knowledgeable.
