I love coming to this hotel, the pool in the basement is great and feels like a home from home. Only criticism is that the floor around the bed can be dusty which sets off my nose and the soap dispensers can be grungy.

Pool is small but acceptable. The worst thing is that you don’t get HOT WATER after swimming. I got told that I have to turn on all the showers to let the cold water go and repeat that 3/4 times … I did not get hot water. Water was ice cold. Also, in the middle on the swimming pool it was stinking urine. That was disgusting. Maybe because there is toilet in the swimming pool area. No lockable lockers in changing rooms. They give you tokens but where to use them? All the lockers are broken. This was not worth 12 pounds per person. I wouldn’t pay even £5. Probably the worst swimming pool experience.
