Ariana and Diana were so so great! Ariana couldn't find a luggage cart so she came and helped me take luggage up to my room! She was so sweet and so helpful. Answered all of my questions and made sure to do everything she could to make my stay as wonderful as possible. Diana was also so sweet and answered all of my questions! The hotel is so clean and so nice! So much offered to guests its amazing
