While the kids were playing in the pool, a high-pressure water jet was used to clean the area, blowing away the polluted dust. They also pruned the palm trees, which I can understand, but it didn't seem like a proper cleaning. The bedding hadn't dried properly, giving off a damp, slightly stale smell. The refrigerator didn't have a freezer function. The door lock was broken. The windows were dirty. The intercom was intermittent. I inquired about the Wi-Fi issue, but when that didn't work, they called me to the reception desk. I've seen several reviews reporting Wi-Fi outages, and it seems there's a specific reason for this. I don't understand why they check guests twice during breakfast. Once before check-in and once during the meal... Shouldn't they have just given them breakfast tickets? It was unpleasant to be asked for my room number in the middle of a pleasant family meal. The air conditioner is loud even when the fan speed is low. I'm writing this complaint in the hopes that they'll improve it.

My family and I came here for a week-long vacation over the New Year holidays. The room rate for these dates was double the standard rate. The hotel barely maintains its condition. The furniture in the rooms is old. The windows don't open and are secured with screws. The balcony door doesn't close properly, making it impossible to sleep at night due to the wind whistling through the cracks. In the morning, trash, empty bottles, and other items are strewn throughout the grounds. They don't clean it up until 9 a.m. The sun loungers by the pool are inaccessible. People leave their belongings on them all day, and the staff doesn't bother to monitor them. The breakfasts are meager and tasteless. The only positive is the hotel's location. The sea is a 3-minute walk away. We were deeply disappointed with this well-known hotel. For almost $400 a night, we received terrible service and a two-star standard, at most.

This is an excellent hotel with a great location: within walking distance of the beautiful Surin Beach with its clear waters, which is a huge plus for Phuket. The rooms are comfortable and well-maintained: comfortable beds, new and really nice pillows, and a pleasant interior. The air conditioning is a bit dated, but it worked perfectly. The room offers a beautiful view of the pools and green grounds—it feels like a resort and a relaxing getaway from the very first day. A special thank you to the hotel manager, Vasily. He was available for absolutely any questions—from accommodation details and the peculiarities of Thailand to excursions. All issues were resolved quickly, easily, and with care. Initially, we were given a room in the wrong category, but thanks to Vasily, the situation was resolved quickly and comfortably. The breakfasts are very good and varied—there's something for everyone. The entire hotel staff is friendly, attentive, and always smiling. I'd especially like to mention the massage service at the hotel—I definitely recommend it. I've tried massages outside the hotel, but the one at the hotel was much better. I'd especially like to highlight the massage therapist, Phicha; her professional training, experience, and exceptional technique are evident. There are plenty of activities for children, making the hotel ideal for both families and couples. Overall, it's a very comfortable, well-designed, and pleasant hotel. I highly recommend it for a Phuket vacation.
