The staff at reception is ignorant and arrogant. Also they did not disclose the parking charges and will charge you and let you find out later. As an IHG member I used to live in many holiday inns - this one lack basic respect and staff needs training. Not coming back.

Do not do it!! they have no hot water in the building and then they blame you and act like it's your fault! Rude maintenance guy, I couldn't take a bath, I couldn't take a shower. I ended up having to wait 10 minutes and every 10 minutes finish shaving my legs this is total scam! if you're lucky lukewarm water for 30 to 40 seconds. I was in the shower for 45 minutes and every 5 minutes I could get a tiny bit of water but I just started crying and gave up and called the front desk but they couldn't fix it . The maintenance guy came out with an attitude said it was fixed left and it was cold right away again. Also poop in toilet and disgusting other people hairs everywhere. I left a Comfort Suites that I booked a year ago because it was only $500 for 4 days to come spend more money here because that Comfort Suites had no water pressure but it had unlimited hot water. 20+ hairs on the bathroom floor. Hair all over the only 2 towels in a two bedroom smh. I feel sorry for the employees that they have to put up with this place and I don't know who owns this place but they're clearly negligent and they should be sued in a class action lawsuit. This hotel is a hundred times worse than a Motel 6 the only thing it has going for it is it looks outwardly nice but the inner workings of it are absolutely disgusting the toilet does not flush at all if you go pee the P's just going to take forever to go down and still be there so I see where there's poop all over it from the last guy. Absolutely disgusting. Please pay the extra $20 a night anywhere else you will regret it. Instead of spending another $100 on another Uber to go back to the room I already had I'm just going to not shower and go back to that room tomorrow I guess on the train this is really sad they should be ashamed of themselves and whoever own this hotel is a real horrible human being
