A good hotel with friendly staff, a good breakfast buffet for cheap, and a refreshing pool. I unfortunately believe my pillow had bed bugs as I woke up with bites all over my cheeks. Thankfully the hotel were very understanding and let us switch rooms, this room was absolutely fine and I believe they properly dealt with the situation. Other than this issue, we really liked our stay here. We enjoyed the breakfast which had a large selection of foods, made to order eggs, healthy choices and hearty more filling options. The pool was really refreshing after a day walking around in the city heat. The rooms were really nice, the A/C worked well, and the shower was amazing. The lady at the desk booked our bus to Kampot for us for a fair price, which included hotel pick up. The hotel is in a good location with lots around the immediate area, and a quick Tuk tuk to the riverfront.

Pros: location is amazing, the hotel is surrounded by so many delicious shops and vendors. The staff here are incredible. Kind, knowledgeable, and made us feel extremely cared for and safe. The breakfast buffet was also great, we looked forward to it every morning. Pretty good value for money. Will stay here again!! Cons: Older hotel that could use a renovation

Location is the only positive thing about this desperate for a renovation, dirty hotel. We paid for a luxury double room with balcony and got a corner room with a tiny balcony only big enough to fit a chair on. My partner and I were also questioned by the receptionist as to why we (a same sex couple) would need a single room and tried to upsell us to get two individual rooms. The hotel will charge you $2 USD to $10 USD for wear and tear of the towels if you get ANY dirt on them so watch out for unexpected charges as you cannot dispute them. The bathroom was filthy and not properly hygienic. Also the bed is harder than a rock and extremely springy. Book elsewhere.
