This room is only as good as the customer service one receives and because of Favi(kind of a weird name but don't hold it against her) this place deserves more than a 5 star rating. She was so professional and courteous upon my arrival. Favi should be the standard for customer service for all Hiltons. I was only suppose to stay for one day and because of her welcoming demeanor I reserved the room for 2 nights.(my employer will not be happy with that decision) I never believed in "love at first sight" but after laying my eyes on something this* special I could only refer to this feeling as love. *the room
