The rooms are older but fairly clean. I say fairly because I found a couple of strands of Long hair in a towel and the serving hair draw. Breakfast is o.k. it would be a complete fail without the waffle maker.

We noticed pet odors. Both elevators had a rectangle of carpet on the floor that had not been deodorized. Room had areas where we’d get a whiff of pet accidents (bedroom was odor free). Staff was friendly, room and hotel looked clean, breakfast was typical. Several chain restaurants within walking distance. Easy access from the highway and easy parking. We frequently stay in pet friendly properties. This has been the first that I have experienced a pet odor problem.
