Great for the Exceptional customer service of Aandra & Juliana - it makes the difference. Last year, I had a great stay, too, but the construction next door was noticeable. I love staying here. It’s accessible and the staff are so nice. The rooms are modern and comfortable. Happy Holidays.

Its a nice enough hotel. Its what I would expect for the brand What is am disgruntled about is this: Parking IS NOT included in the price. Parking is an additional 50.00 per day! To boot, the parking g deck is owned by the hotel. I'm just pissed that on top of the room rate I have to pay an extra 250.00 Parking for my stay here. I could have stayed somewhere nicer with more amenities for the same, or lower, overall price!
