Disappointed with our experience. Despite having a confirmed reservation at Home2 Suites Times Square, we arrived late at night after a long drive with our toddler, only to be told the hotel was ‘overbooked’ and that we had to stay at a different property for the night. This was extremely stressful, especially since our entire NYC weekend plan was centered around staying at this hotel. The staff arranged an alternative hotel and offered to reimburse transportation, which we appreciate, but the situation should never have occurred with a confirmed booking. A confirmed booking should be honored, especially for families traveling with young children. Sincerely hope the hotel addresses its overbooking practices so other guests don’t face the same situation.

We spent 4 nights here this past week. This was our first trip to NYC…our visit was centered around seeing our oldest granddaughter dance in the Macy’s parade. We could not have chosen a more perfect place to stay. The location is awesome, the staff were always so helpful, our room was clean and anytime we needed something it was brought to us in a timely manner. We will definitely be back and we appreciate having such a great stay!
