We needed a place to stay for medical appointments, and Home2Suites worked out very well. The Front Desk staff was great, especially at check in. Our room was clean, quiet, and comfy. We appreciated the kitchenette and comfy beds. We will definitely stay here again.

Well i tried to be chill about this and deal with Hilton customer service but i do not think i will get a resolution that way. I stayed here for 3 nights a the beginning of September and was charged over $800 for that stay. I went to use the shower on my first night and the shower handle came right off. The water could not be turned off all the way and it slowly tricked cold water. I called the front desk, it was like 10pm and they could not get someone up there that night, ok i get it. Well the water was fairly loud and kept me up most of the evening. I went to work the next day unshowered and they sent a tech up to fix it. I came back to a bathroom covered in dirty boot prints. The bathroom mat, the shower, wads of dirty towels. I was so frustrated i went to the local walmart to get my own cleaning supplies so i could finally shower after two days. All i asked for was one night of charges put back on my card and no one will get back to me. I am about to just dispute the charges with my bank and go from there. I have pictures of these incidents and texts from the front desk person if they would like for me to share these screenshots online.
