Not the best area not the best views but the breakfast is pretty good and the rooms do the job. This picture is of the bat of their proeprty. Not really their responsibility to clean but it sure is dirty.

Service was fantastic, no issues, the issue is that the hotel itself is old. Rooms smells like your grandma's closet, couldn't get the smell out. I had the sliding glass door and window open, still stank after I got back from dinner.
