With everything being done without face to face. Not sure how places service should be 4 or 5. We made reservations on line, they sent us a virtual key and told us we did not have to go to the desk. And we checked out via the phone. Me personally, I do not consider that good service. As I had no contact with any staff member. However the online service was good.

came here for a soccer tourney, hotel was okay but ONLY DOWNSIDE IS THE DAMN COMPUTERS DONT WORK, ONE COMPUTER IS COMPLETELY UNUSEABLE, THE ONLY OTHER ONE WORKS FOR 15 DAMN SECONDS BEFORE IT FREEZES
