Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience with the person responsible for the property. After my stay had ended, a charge of €145 was processed using my card details without any formal authorization, signed agreement, or clause allowing the card to be used as a guarantee. The transaction was made when I was no longer at the property and was already on an international flight back to Brazil. At no point was I informed that this charge would be made, nor did I authorize the use of my card after having already paid in cash. This situation left me feeling misled and deeply uncomfortable, as it represents a serious breach of trust. I hope future guests are more cautious when sharing their card details and that the management provides proper clarification regarding this conduct.

The staff is very friendly. The room is spacious but basic. Very noisy. There is no refrigerator or safe. There is air conditioning.

Excellent location and perfect welcome from the staff: kind, helpful, and always smiling. The room was beautiful and spotlessly clean. The location is well-connected to the city center. Perhaps the only small tip I could give is about breakfast: there were no fresh products available (like plain bread or croissants, cakes, or pies), perhaps because I personally would have preferred it to the various packaged options. I will definitely be back with great pleasure!
