All the staff were very friendly and helpful, making my time here truly worthwhile. If you have any questions or concerns, I think most issues can be resolved by contacting the front desk or by visiting the staff in person. For example, when I scraped my knee, they gave me disinfectant and a bandage. When I went out to eat dinner at an izakaya, I forgot my jacket, so the staff at the izakaya delivered it to the front desk. They then contacted me to let me know that my jacket had arrived, and they delivered it to my room. Thank you so much for your wonderful service. I plan to return next year.

We had planned to stay two nights, but due to a heavy storm we were unable to cross over to Kohama Island and ended up staying just one. It was a shame as we wanted to stay two nights and enjoy some relaxing activities. The hotel room was very spacious, well-cleaned, and comfortable. I would have liked a thin blanket or towel blanket for the daybed. The beach cafe didn't have any lighter options, so I would have liked hamburgers or sandwiches. The grounds were spacious, and the harmony between the sea and the buildings (although not new) was nice. However, there were no streetlights, so it was dark and scary at night. The shuttle bus driver was very friendly and helpful, and we felt very comfortable.
