I read several reviews before booking and still decided to stay at the hotel. Unfortunately, I ended up facing exactly the problems mentioned in the negative reviews. Initially, I was assigned a room on the eighth floor. The room had a strong, unpleasant smell, especially in the pillows and duvet. Furthermore, there was no internet connection, which caused considerable inconvenience. After complaining at reception, I was transferred to a room on the second floor. In this new room, the internet was unstable, sometimes connecting and sometimes not. I also found pillows and duvets with signs of mold. To be able to stay in the room, I had to remove these items from the bed and store them in the closet to reduce the smell. The worst happened on my last day of stay: I developed an allergic reaction all over my body and needed to take loratadine. I slept normally, but woke up covered in spots, which was quite worrying. On the positive side, the staff were polite and helpful, and allowed me to store my luggage after check-out. However, unfortunately, most of the experience was negative due to the room conditions and the aforementioned problems.

Bad experience. You send requests and they don't respond, and when you get there at reception they tell you they haven't received anything. The carpets are very dirty, the air conditioning is terrible and makes a horrible noise, and there's no mini-fridge to even store water. The hot water is practically nonexistent.
