DISAPPOINTING. A rip-off. My husband and I left last Friday, January 2nd of this year. We paid 490 euros for a room for one night, thinking we were going to a 5-star luxury hotel, but the nightmare had only just begun. We were given a tiny room where you couldn't even squeeze between the bed and the window. The bathroom was a corner unit, practically crammed in next to the bed. We complained and were finally moved to another room of the same price and category, which was more presentable but in no way befitting a five-star hotel. It's worth noting that in both rooms there wasn't even a chair to sit and work or relax. We had to request that they bring us two chairs, which took forever, and we even had to argue about it. The breakfast was very poor, the restaurant is like a tiny cell, with very little variety of food. The room service was also poor. Very little variety of dishes. Also worth mentioning are the hotel's gloomy staircases, which smelled awful and were cluttered with junk, pallets, broken sofas, and tables pushed up against the wall. I usually enjoy climbing hotel stairs, but this one was a very unpleasant experience. The staff was not very welcoming; all our requests were met reluctantly. I especially want to highlight a receptionist named Marta, who (knowing full well what room it was) gave us the first room, which, as mentioned, was gloomy, worthy of a 2-star hotel, if that. The hotel's features are not those of a 5-star hotel, and the price is exorbitant for what they offer. We didn't feel comfortable or at ease at any point, and it's the first time we've ever been so eager to leave a hotel. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone, because with those characteristics, you can find 4-star hotels that are even better and cheaper. The only good thing about it is the location. Everything else was a disappointment, and we feel we wasted our money. There weren't even any pillows in the room. We had to ask for them. Finally, the shower didn't even work properly; the hot water kept cutting out. It's unacceptable in any hotel, but in a five-star one, it's a rip-off. Like I said, we were eager to leave the hotel and would have gone to another one, if it weren't for the fact that they force you to pay in advance, something we'd never seen in any other hotel, where you always pay at check-out. Disappointing.

I was given the pool, massage, and brunch experience as a gift! Everything was incredible, from the hotel staff, who were super friendly and cheerful. The spa staff were lovely; Karen was wonderful, very patient, and incredibly kind. And the massage with Gudna was a 10/10—her hands are like a balm for the soul. Finally, the brunch food at the bar next door was spectacular—plentiful, delicious, and full of flavor. The staff there were also incredibly friendly and patient. I highly recommend this experience if you have the chance.
