No. I'm never going back here. We arrived in London around 9 a.m. and were allowed to leave our luggage at the hotel and wait until 3 p.m. for check-in. So far, so normal for a hotel. However, even at that early stage, the staff was very unfriendly. We were finally able to check in in the afternoon. The room was located a few doors down from reception, in a basement. The view was of a light well full of trash and scaffolding. The outside staircase was also littered with garbage. The room itself... well, it wasn't particularly appealing. A tiny twin room with a bathroom that was about 1 square meter. There were hardly any hooks for clothes. Instead, there was an ancient TV without a remote and a mini-fridge. The walls were stained, and the bathroom tiles were poorly installed. Everything seemed very shoddy. Breakfast was reduced to a tiny portion for us because we were a group. There were two types of cheese, two types of sausage, and toast. If you were lucky, there was also a croissant and yogurt with red berries. Jam was available in limited quantities. The hotel manager's wife was constantly lurking around, making sure we left immediately. All in all, not recommended.

This was our second stay at this hotel. It was great experience. They told us about their new building and we stayed at that and it was wonderful. Location is good , there are two underground entrance on the street and there is a bus stop in front of the hotel.

We had 2 rooms, we stayed 3 nights in December, we were in the part under renovation, warm and clean rooms with daily towel change, each room is equipped with a kettle with coffee set, cups and fridge, outside the hotel there is the bus stop that takes you to the Hammersmith tube/bus station
