Unfortunately I am very upset with the experience of this hotel. As family of 4, I reserved one room one month ago with a discounted price. However they cancelled my reservation 1 week before my arrival due to an error in my credit card. Normally they should not charge anything to my card. They emailed me about this and since I could not check my private email for 24 hrs without calling or sending message they directly cancelled. I saw their email lately and requested to keep my room but they told me to reserve the same room from the higher price. Then I realized that they sold this room immediately to another person with a very high price. I think everything they do is related to money. They don’t really care about their customers. If you plan to stay here, please make sure your credit card is not a digital card.
