AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!! Theft!!! During our stay, we were robbed of $100. I spoke to the receptionist, respectfully, to find out who had entered our room, which was located across the hall with a key. I was told it was only the cleaning staff and that if I no longer had the money, it was probably because I had already spent it. The manager told me he was expecting my call in two days when I would come to apologize for wrongly accusing the establishment. I also received the warning, "If you file a police report, I will file a report against you as well." HORRIBLE customer service!!!!! As for the accommodation, they promise you all sorts of things in the terms and conditions, but be aware that you won't even have hot water, even after waiting 45 minutes… The supposedly free breakfast still requires you to pay the waitresses, etc. Save yourself the trouble…

I strongly advise against this hotel, which is anything but a hotel. There are absolutely no services. Although the room was clean, it was horribly damp, the bed was tiny and completely uncomfortable. We slept very poorly. And the worst part was the breakfast supposedly included in the reservation. There was nothing to eat except a small omelet, some bad coffee, and an apple. It's disrespectful to charge for breakfast and then not feed the guests. On top of that, they pressure you into leaving tips and paying for the so-called breakfast.

The ideal place to stay, as you can reach the lagoon and its entrances in less than 5 minutes. The host was extremely attentive.
