You must be lucky to be not in crowded period to enjoy this hotel. I will explain precisely: Before booking in this hotel, I have read the review and replies from hotel manager, which incorrectly impressed me for the will of fixing the problems, example; there was a complain about the plugged shower heads, and that they are made from metal that u cannot do it manually with your hand, u need literally a needle to unplug the deposited calcium on the shower head. During my stay I made 3 times!! call for infrastructure to help with that, they were coming, watching the problem and going without coming back. It was christmas period, the prices were double the normal average, thus my expectations increased But what happened ? On breakfasts there was NOT enough food, they were refilling with small quantities, and people were fighting to get a sausage or an egg, even my clothes were spoiled from other people dish as they were pushing ( I gave my jacket to the hotel staff and they cleaned it ) One more point, I wanted simple juice, and the glass was empty, I asked one of the staff for refill of the juice, and his answer was that they finished their amount of juice for that day !!!!! Next morning (sure I didnt even try to go to breakfast), we wanted new towels, and for approx. One full day there were NO towels in hotel, all used because they had many visitors!! So the hotel is not capable handling being full house I assured that this things reach to the manager, which kindly apologized and offered dinner on the hotel expense for the same day, which I couldnt take due to other plans on same day One more thing, I tried the spa, there was jacuzi, big and nice, but there were no staff at all, my problem was that there were children pressing on all buttons and jumping till they were injured, there were no limitations of entry with parents for example, or some person to ask them to keep silence, it is still a SPA. The good points are : Location of Hotel Style Cleaning of the room And the 2 points are just for the kindness of the reception and cleaning staff. Otherwise it would be only 1 star Buttom line, the hotel is nice, not in holiday periods, not for high price, as it is not worth of the money, and doesn't stand for 5 stars for sure. I have photos to share but for the respect of the hotel I will keep it for myself.
