A very modern and beautiful hotel. The service from all the reception staff was phenomenal. It was my daughter's birthday, and they left her a lovely message and a gift. The location is simply perfect, very close to the Ueno metro station, and to get there you have to go through a street full of very interesting restaurants and shops. The only thing I would recommend to the hotel is that for stays of several days and several people in a single room, they clean more frequently.

Check-in Dates: January 6th - January 14th Number of Guests: 2 adults and 1 toddler Room Type: Triple Room I booked this hotel quite last minute, but thankfully I wasn't disappointed at all. The hotel has a kitchenette, microwave, washing machine, and a refrigerator/freezer. I booked a triple room for the child's convenience; rooms of this size are usually hard to find in Tokyo hotels, or they're quite expensive. This hotel is definitely my top choice for the future! The location is incredibly convenient; even with a trolley, it's easy to get around. There are elevators nearby that connect to the hotel. There are also convenience stores and small shops nearby. Because it's located in an alley, it's very quiet at night. The bathroom has a clothes drying function, ensuring clothes stay dry. This is crucial because it allows me to pack fewer layers in winter, giving me extra space to buy clothes. The refrigerator has both refrigeration and freezing features, perfect for buying lots of ice cream in the summer. The downsides are: 1. The room TV doesn't have internet access, so you can't play YouTube or Netflix. I suggest guests bring their own receivers and plug them into the HDMI port next to the TV. 2. I recommend the hotel use room key cards to control the elevators. Otherwise, it feels like anyone can come and go, leaving guests to rely on themselves to keep an eye on their rooms. Overall, it's a perfect hotel, and I will definitely stay here again.

Similar to a daily rental suite, it comes fully equipped with basic appliances; you just need to take out the trash. It's about a 5-minute walk to the JR station and a shopping mall, and only a 1-minute walk to a convenience store. The surrounding area is full of hotels, so it's quiet at night. There's a washing machine, and the bathroom's air-conditioned dryer dries clothes very quickly.
