The rooms are in need of maintenance; there are no blankets, and the heating doesn't work very well. The shower is tiny and impossible to use with just a curtain and so little space. Breakfast is very poor, with no options, and the only things available were greasy and stale. The elevator is tiny and insufficient for the hotel's capacity.

It's not a 4-star hotel. The room is old. You can hear everything from the adjoining rooms. The double bed is actually two single beds pushed together, with an obvious gap in between. The TV is less than 24 inches! Everywhere else in the world they offer at least 32 inches. The bathroom is outdated. The shower was poorly positioned; it had a bathtub, and instead of spraying water along the length of the tub, it sprayed water across the width! There was only one electrical outlet in the bedroom.

The worst hotel I've ever stayed in!!! Who gave it a 4-star rating? It doesn't even deserve two stars!! There are no words that can describe how awful the place was.
