While modern, fine hotels are great, my experience at this hotel was truly special. I met the owner at check-in, and I could sense his passion for the hotel. Hearing his family's story really gave me a different perspective on the hotel. After checking in at the front desk, two staff members took my key card and guided me to my room, where they briefed me on the rest of the room. From madeleines and macarons to a hand-written welcome card, I felt like I was staying in a noble family's home and receiving the utmost hospitality. As I explored the hotel, I noticed that each floor had a different chair design, and each corner had a unique item, creating a sophisticated and luxurious interior. A painting by the owner himself hung in the lobby. The room service menu wasn't extensive, but the silver cutlery was excellent. It wasn't overly fancy, but it was luxurious enough, and it perfectly complemented the calming, elegant atmosphere of this hotel. I've been to Paris often and stayed in countless hotels, Airbnbs, and homes, but this place is special because it makes you imagine yourself staying in an old Parisian aristocratic home. If you're into that atmosphere, you'll enjoy the perfectly beautiful window handles that are hard to lock and unlock, and the lack of soundproofing—that's the charm of a Parisian home. 😉 I thought it was a bit noisy listening to the traffic outside my window in the morning, but it really made me wonder what the sounds of the French morning streets were like back in the day. I plan to stay here with my husband again.

Recently stayed here and had such a great experience! Henri was extremely kind and helpful with everything from the check in experience, to any questions I had. The staff are extremely friendly and welcoming and make you feel at home! Angeline was also extremely friendly and was always happy to chat during breakfast! Will definitely recommend to friends and stay here again!
