We are a big family so I was looking for a room big enough for 5. This was one of the only places in Zurich area. The beds were comfortable, the room was great. The location is easy to get to the airport and to the city center, but then again it is Switzerland so public transit is phenomenal. My only complaint is when it says breakfast for 1 as a perk they literally mean breakfast for 1. On some booking websites it will say free breakfast but you want to read the fine print because it was breakfast for 1 person. The breakfast is amazing but it is 30 francs a person. So just beware. The staff was very friendly and there are two grocery stores right around the corner or down the street from the hotel. The bus station is right like a block away and the train station is just a little bit farther down some stairs. I would stay here again, we didn’t have any problems at all. The hotel is right beside the train tracks as you can tell in the picture that shows the view but it did not disturb us at all. For Americans reading this their trains are so much quieter than American freight trains. 😆 I totally forgot to take pictures of the bathroom but the bathroom we had was a shower on one side then 2 sinks in the middle and then the toilet on the other side. There is a door that closes off all three of these if that makes sense. There is also a door that closes to the shower and toilet area.

The hotel is very close to the airport so it was really easy to get to when we landed after a long 24 hour flight. It is close to a train station that takes you straight into Zurich in about 15 minutes, so even though you're not staying in the heart of the city, its still right on your door step. The staff are what made this hotel extra special. They always smiled at us and greeted us hello, and went above and beyond to help us. They warmed up milk for our toddler even though our room didn't have a microwave, and they would bring our toddler freshly made pancakes at breakfast straight to our table without us even asking. Everyone was so warm and thoughtful, and it made our stay truly magical. The hotel itself is quiet and peaceful, and very warm in winter time. Everything was comfortable, clean and well maintained. And the brekky was superb! Would stay again!
