Because my original accommodation was cancelled at the last minute, I urgently found a four-person room at Alpi. Although the room was small, it was very cozy. The elevator was also quite interesting; after a few rides, I figured out how to use it. The hotel staff were very friendly. And next, something Taiwanese people care about most: there's a supermarket right next door that stays until 10 pm. I highly recommend this hotel to Taiwanese people visiting Rome.

We stayed to explore Rome, and the hotel is close to the train station, which made getting around easy. However, we were disappointed with the hotel room. The soundproofing was inadequate; we could hear the people next door as well as the elevator door—it was truly unbearable. There were ants in the room when we arrived, but the staff quickly cleaned them and offered us a selection of toiletries as an apology. However, we also pointed out that the shower was very slippery; there was no anti-slip treatment. This wasn't fixed at all, so I don't know if all the showers are the same, but it's very dangerous. Despite everything, the stay was otherwise pleasant. The staff was very welcoming, except for the first person we saw. After an eight-hour drive, we expected someone who spoke at least some French, as the website stated it was one of the languages spoken, but in the end, the person only spoke English. Otherwise, the rest of the staff were very pleasant to us, thank you to them.
