I am very, very disappointed. We informed the staff 3 times about the need for a gluten-free meal due to celiac disease. Each time the answer was - no problem, it will be arranged. I called 2 days before arrival and the gentleman at the reception told me curtly - ma'am, breakfast is included and you can ask for it in the restaurant, they have everything. Okay, I really didn't bother anymore, because they told me that BG food is available. When we arrived, yesterday I asked the reception once to ask for a BG meal, due to celiac disease. The lady at the reception said that there was no problem, that there was a corner for gluten-free food in the restaurant. Oh great, you really don't see this everywhere. We arrived here in the morning, even K from KOTIČKA is not in the restaurant. I ask the attentive staff about the possibility of gluten-free bread, he goes to the kitchen and comes back "ma'am, we don't have it, it's out of stock." Excuse me? How could it have run out if I warned 3 times that we would need it??? I ask another lady in the restaurant, she says "no, we don't offer gluten-free food and we don't have it" hello?! Who's acting crazy? Excellent, thank you! And so what should a person with celiac disease, a reservation, already made payment, verified information that in the end doesn't hold up, do?? Considering that we paid for everything upon arrival at the hotel, you do NOT offer the services you advertise and after all, if I knew that, I wouldn't have come here if I didn't have the option of a proper meal. Today is a holiday, what should I do?! Thank you for a great weekend getaway, which instead of relaxation is filled with stress and disappointment. Best regards! Barbara Gričar, B.A.
