I deducted one star because there were several instances of stale bread or rolls from the previous day which were rock hard.

Booking, check-in, and check-out are very easy and quick. The staff is generally very friendly and helpful, but speaks very little German. The spa area has everything promised on the website, except I couldn't find the second pool. The pool we did find was very small and more like a children's paddling pool. The spa area was very well-equipped, but showing its age. Unfortunately, there are only a few reusable plastic cups available for the saunas, and they probably aren't washed. The rooms are quite clean, but we had mold in the bathroom. The bathroom was very cramped, so the sink was in the room. The location and view are very good if you have a room facing the main road. It's quiet in the evenings, but the cleaning crew comes at 5 a.m. to vacuum the hallway… The food is okay. The hotel is large, so the food is more about quantity than quality. Most of the time, it's a buffet; only on select days does the waiter bring the main course. The tooth in the pasta salad was an absolute no-go. Unfortunately, I bit down on someone else's tooth in the pasta salad. The salads were always buffet style, so I obviously can't say whether the tooth had already gotten into the food in the kitchen. Of course, I immediately spat it out. I was initially taken aback and didn't know what to say. The waiter came by at that moment and immediately cleared my plate. When I asked him about it, the waiter became rude and said that couldn't possibly happen. The only odd thing was that the waiters usually only clear plates after they were empty or after I'd said I was full. In this case, however, he cleared a half-full plate without even asking, shortly after I'd spat out the tooth.

Hi honey, you're not complaining at all! It's in need of some renovations, but otherwise it's great. Clean rooms, Friendly staff, Good food—what more could you want?
