Nice room, with a rather small bathroom. Very quiet at night, despite being close to Stuttgart Airport. Free parking, which is worth its weight in gold if you're familiar with Esslingen hotels!

We expected better for the price. The room was clean, but ours was right next to the reception desk. If you opened the door, every guest could look straight at our bed. The bathroom was extremely small, and if you closed the shower curtain, you stood in the dark while showering. The storage room was right next to us. And in the morning, we were woken up by someone rummaging around in it. At night, there was no one at the reception desk, and the customer information, including invoices and addresses, were lying open on the desk for everyone to see. Since we had to walk right past there to get to the front door and the room door, we couldn't miss it. It was very loud; when the front door was opened, you could hear the door scraping on the floor as if there were stones underneath. The flight path did the rest. An open window was impossible, especially since it was right next to the street and anyone could have easily climbed in since there was no grille. The breakfast was minimalist. For the same price, or even cheaper, we have booked much better hotels or rooms with breakfast.

The property was exactly what I was looking for. Located on a main road outside Stuttgart and 10 minutes from Esslingen. Ample private parking is available inside, and the reception is staffed until a certain time. The carpeted room and bathroom are compact but very clean and equipped with every comfort. The beds and pillows are very comfortable, and the windows and doors provide excellent insulation from the traffic outside. The breakfast room is spacious and comfortable, with an excellent selection and a wide selection of buffet items.
