We've vacationed at this hotel twice this year with our children, and it's been fantastic both times. Our kids love the hotel, and it's ideal for families. The light all-inclusive kids' package is especially perfect for children. They need a little snack throughout the day, and the selection is perfectly adequate. Of course, they always look forward to the ice cream the most! 😊 Unfortunately, we had a severe storm in August 2025 – the hotel staff couldn't be held responsible for that, of course. The pool water was a bit colder afterward, but there are plenty of activities for families to enjoy nearby. The reception staff were very helpful and provided excellent support. Our balcony was also partially flooded by the storm, which I can understand, as it was quite severe. It's also true that it's quite noisy in the dining room during dinner. I completely understand this, as many families eat at the same time – it's simply something you have to expect. Unfortunately, we experienced a storm in August 2025 – the hotel staff can't be held responsible for this. The rooms were always clean, and the sofa bed was already set up for the children on our arrival day. The Pepi Club is also a great idea, and the staff there are really lovely. We're coming again this year (we've already taken advantage of the early booking option) and hope to have just as much fun as in previous years. Best regards, Masa

We were here in September 2025, everything was fine. It is mainly a hotel for families with children. For children under 12 years old, lunch, ice cream and drinks are free at certain hours. Pools are great, beaches are a short walk away. Restaurant in the hotel... Food and service are great, just a lot of people, although the restaurants are quite large. We will come back here again sometime.
