Completely dissatisfied with the service!!! 1. No hot water in the room on the last day of our stay. 2. The rooms were not cleaned (and the dishes, consumed the previous night at the restaurant, were left there all day). The beds were not made, and the bathrooms were not cleaned. 3. They advertise a spa, but it does not meet the promised hygiene, temperature, and service standards (the jacuzzi had dirty water, the pool had cold water, and most of the wet and dry showers were closed). 4. We were assigned another room the next day because the bunk bed was not safe and was also uncomfortable, requiring us to lower the mattress to the floor to sleep safely. I requested a refund for the last day of my stay and was told that the issues with the cafeteria service had already been resolved free of charge (a tuna sandwich and a pineapple juice). The total cost of the stay was over €800 for three nights. I do not recommend it!

The hotel is definitely well-stocked and well-designed. Unfortunately, offering a bottle of water per stay is a bit low considering the price (I would have expected it to be refilled every day). They were undergoing renovations in some areas, so the breakfast provided wasn't complete. The rooms were nice and clean. Overall, I would return, but I hope for some service improvements.

The hotel is in a very quiet area, ideal for relaxing. Prices are mid-range to high, but more or less in line with what they offer and with hotels of a similar category. Breakfast was very good, with several options, and everything seemed quite fresh. The spa area is beautiful and well-equipped; the only thing is that the pool water seemed a bit cold for a spa. Even so, it was enjoyable. The staff was very friendly at all times, and the receptionists were knowledgeable and attentive.
