A very good and well-run hotel. The friendliness of all the staff was outstanding. At reception, I'd like to highlight the kindness and professionalism of Piedad, for all her help and information. The waiter who worked the evening shift in the hotel's bar/restaurant was also excellent; I don't recall his name. The breakfast was very good, and the staff there were very attentive. You can walk to the city center. We took buses from stops very close to the hotel. If you buy a bus pass and top it up, it's very convenient and the trips are very economical. You can get to the city center in less than 10 minutes. The rooms are spacious and very clean, the beds are very comfortable, and they have a pillow menu. In short, a highly recommended hotel.

I went with my partner for a 5-day stay at Christmas. The hotel is well located, a 10-minute bus ride from the town hall square, and you can catch the C4 or C21 bus just 3 minutes from the hotel. We were given a room with a king-size bed (requested online along with the online booking) and everything was clean, adequate, and very warm, although we couldn't turn the temperature down. We really missed having a coffee machine and a kettle in the room, especially considering it's a 4-star hotel; also, the café closes early in the evening (before midnight). Breakfast is served until 10:30 am on weekdays and 11:00 am on weekends. The staff serves you, and it's important to specify upon arrival whether you want the buffet or just coffee and toast, and to be charged for what you consume. They also have staff to park your car and take your luggage to the room.
